All repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts we install. If an installed part fails under normal use within 30 days, we'll make it right. Warranty does not cover new damage, crashes, water, or unrelated issues.
🔍 Diagnostic Fee

💳 Payment & Fees
We accept Zelle, cash, card (including tap-to-pay), and wire transfer. Card and tap-to-pay payments add a processing fee of 3.3% + $0.30. Zelle and cash have no added fee. Payment is due on completion or pickup unless otherwise arranged.
📦 Mail-In & Shipping
Out-of-area? We offer mail-in repairs. Shipping both ways is the customer's responsibility. SkyTech is not liable for loss or damage during shipping — we strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping for your protection.
📅 Turnaround & Scheduling
Drop-off is by next-business-day scheduling — turnaround begins the next business day after your unit is received. We take a limited number of repairs at a time to ensure quality. Need it fast? Ask about our next-business-day rush service (additional fee).
🕒 Hours
Open Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM. Saturday by appointment only. Closed Sunday. Some repairs may require additional time depending on parts availability — we'll always keep you updated.
